Our Philosophy on Refunds
Travel plans shift like weather on a mountain pass, and we understand that sometimes a subscription or digital purchase needs to be reconsidered. At The New Continental LLC, we keep refunds straightforward, fair, and rooted in trust — the same way we approach every journey we share. This policy covers any paid digital products or services offered through our travel guide website, such as premium content access, downloadable planning tools, or subscription-based updates. Since we do not sell physical goods or third-party bookings, refunds apply only to our direct digital offerings.

Eligibility for Refunds
We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase for any digital product or subscription if you find it doesn’t align with your travel planning needs. This window gives you time to explore the materials — whether it’s a detailed route planner, an in-depth sustainability report, or early access to curated guides — and decide if it truly supports your mindful exploration. After 14 days, refunds are no longer available, as the value of the content is considered fully delivered upon access. For monthly or annual subscriptions, cancellation prevents future charges, but no prorated refund is provided for the current billing cycle once it has begun.

How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is as simple as sending a quick message. Contact us by email or phone with your original purchase confirmation — including the transaction ID or order date — and a brief note explaining your reason. We don’t require elaborate justification; your satisfaction is reason enough within the eligible period. Our team reviews each request promptly, typically within 48 hours, and processes approved refunds to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations
Certain circumstances fall outside our refund window. If you’ve downloaded or accessed the full digital product — such as saving a planning toolkit, viewing restricted content, or using a unique access link — the purchase is considered complete and non-refundable, even within 14 days. Similarly, subscriptions renewed automatically after the initial term are not eligible for retroactive refunds. We also cannot issue refunds for issues beyond our control, such as internet connectivity problems, device compatibility, or changes in your personal travel circumstances after the refund period.

Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel an active subscription at any time to stop future billing. Log into your account dashboard — if you created one during purchase — and select the cancellation option, or simply contact us directly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you retain full access until then. We send a confirmation email once processed, so you know exactly where you stand. There are no cancellation fees, and we never make it difficult to step away.

Refunds for Technical Issues
If a digital product fails to deliver due to a verifiable error on our end — such as a broken download link, corrupted file, or server-side access failure — we will either fix the issue immediately or provide a full refund, regardless of the 14-day window. Your ability to use what you paid for is our responsibility. Simply reach out with details of the problem, and we’ll resolve it swiftly.

Currency and Payment Processing
All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars. Refunds are issued in the same currency and to the same payment method used at purchase. Any currency conversion fees, bank charges, or fluctuations in exchange rates that occur during the refund process are the responsibility of your financial institution, not ours. We return exactly what we received.

As our digital offerings evolve — perhaps with new planning tools or enhanced subscriber features — we may update this refund policy to reflect those changes.
